2. RESERVATION PRICES
The prices shown on the WEBSITE include VAT on all reservations and payment is made through the payment systems established by the administrator of this website.
3. BOOKING CONDITIONS
We accept a maximum of one pet per room with a maximum weight of 20 kg, they can access common areas except the dining room, they cannot be left alone in the room and must always be kept on a leash, if they belong to a potentially dangerous breed (PPP) they must wear a muzzle.
4. CHECK-IN – ENTRANCE
Access to the Hotel will be from 14:00 PM on the day of arrival, if you are delayed for exceptional reasons, you must inform the web administrator, in order to offer you a better service.
5. CHECK.OUT
Departure time from the Hotel will be no later than 12:00 PM.
6. METHOD OF PAYMENT
The USER/CUSTOMER will pay with the euro currency at the moment of formalizing the reservation or at the established time.
This WEBSITE complies with the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry-Data Security Standard), which is mandatory for all websites that store, handle and process sensitive financial information such as bank card data.
The USER/CUSTOMER must pay the amount of the requested reservation by means of a payment system; DEBIT CARD, VISA, MASTERCARD and others.
7. WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
7.1. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
By the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 in its article 71, and Law 3/2014 of March 27, the reservations made on this website may be canceled and refunded provided that he, USER/CUSTOMER, communicates to the administrator his intention to cancel within a maximum of 7 days prior to arrival, if the cancellation of the reservation occurs later than 7 days prior to arrival, the penalty will depend on the booking season.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply, in accordance with Article 103 of Law 3/2014, when the following section applies:
l) The provision of lodging services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
If the reason for the refund is attributable to the website administrator (the stay is incorrect or incomplete, not what was booked, etc.), the refund amount will be refunded in whole or in part.

8. REFUNDS TO THE USER/CUSTOMER

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND ARBITRATION
These terms and conditions of sale and use shall be governed by Spanish law applicable to the matter. To resolve any dispute or conflict that may arise, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of ARENYS DE MAR, Judicial Party of CALELLA, the home town of MALBA NEPTUNO, SL, owner of the WEBSITE, unless the law imposes another jurisdiction.
