Enjoy Calella with your pet at Neptuno Hotel & Spa. You can spend time together in different pet-friendly areas of the hotel, including the Central and Relax pools, the lobby, La Fàbrica Gastro & Cocktail Bar and the terrace of Restaurante Neptuno.
We also provide a pet bed, food bowl, treats and water bowls to help your pet feel at home.

Every summer, a special area is set up for our furry friends in Calella Beach, a few meters from our pet-friendly hotel. In addition, near the hotel you will find several green spaces to walk with your dog, such as Dalmau Park. It is the ideal place to enjoy the good weather with the best company.

Which areas of the hotel can I access with my pet?
Pets are welcome in your room and in designated common areas of the hotel, provided they are kept on a leash and under control. Pets are not allowed inside the gastronomic restaurant, in Shama Spa or at the rooftop pool, and they are not permitted to swim in any of the pools.
What are the rules for staying with pets at Neptuno Hotel & Spa?
Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and may not be left alone in the room. They are also not allowed on the furniture, may not use hotel bed linen or towels, relieve themselves inside the hotel or swim in the pools. Pets must not be given food from the restaurant. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
